Katia is specialized in trademark law, design law, copyright and trade practices. Through the years she gained extensive experience in these fields of law. She provides strategic advice on the protection of IP, i.e. the necessity and scope of protection, the timing on the execution of long term projects, the relevance of search reports and additional advice before filing applications, the presentation of solutions in case of obstacles linked to such filings. More specifically she defends your rights in litigation. Furthermore she can assist you in negotiating and drafting IP related contracts, such as license agreement.
